I called them for an estimate and they came and saw my place. They gave me estimate but did not followup with me. I called them up and left messages repeateadly and finally called back after several weeks. I told them about my disappointment and made an appointment to come back and talk to me in person. They didn't come or even call for the said appointment. Very disappointing unprofessional people.

Same as the previous custumer: went with the small guy, and the low bid.....NO GOOD: the job (landscape, grass, and trees) was supposed to be done within a week. 4 weeks later I was still struggling to get the job done. The workers on site were brainless, and Wyatt was talking but not performing. They were suppose to till the backyard: they did not do it. During the work, I realized that he installed 3 sprinkler lines as opposed to 4 as agreed: he was furious but after arguing, he finally rectified. At the "end" of the work, Wyatt and I agreed that there were leaks (no pressure and several flooded areas). He came back to "fix" that but since he was not able to get it fixed he simply left saying that it was my problem and I should simply reduce the time the sprinklers were on !!! On top of that, I discovered that he/his crew broke 3 sprinklers heads without saying anything, he pourly wired the sprinkler valves (nothing was working and I had to re-connect everything by my-self), the sprinkler heads were 2" instead of 4", they left without cleaning, etc, etc. A month later, it is still a mess. Nice guy to talk to, but worthless regarding work ethic, quality, customer service, schedule, professionalism, knowledge, etc !!!! enough

After getting a few bids we decided to go with "the little guy" WDF instead of the larger concrete companies, even though they were more expensive. Front yard concrete turned out good but they left a lot of debris and residue which I had to remove myself. In the back the patio touching the house was stamped, and turned out great. So did walkway to 2nd patio. But the 2nd patio did not turn out as described, and when I asked the contractor if this was in fact the final product or if some small patches could be made, I was told I was stuck with it and repairs would cost more money. When the contractor returned to my house to fix the sprinklers they broke, he and his partner had a loud and inappropriate conversation where he strongly embellished my complaints about the patio which my neighbor also heard. This went on for about 10 minutes before I revealed to them I was home, and had heard the whole thing. They finished the sprinkers in silence, then called my husband on his cell phone to advise him they were done, even though they knew I was home and I asked them to tell me when they left so I could lock the gate. Very unprofessional. Obviously he and I had different expectations for the outcome of the concrete, but I did not say the things he accused me of and his comments while on my property were unnecessary. It spoiled any favorable opinion I had of the 1/2 of the job that I was satisfied with. I had some friends look at our concrete to see if I was "overreacting" and they all agreed the drainage lines in the concrete should have been placed elsewhere. I will attach photos if possible.
Description of Work: Had 3rd driveway installed, widened front walkway, extended back patio, added 2nd back patio and walkway to connect backyard with stamped concrete.
