+ 4 moreTino is a pro, and he accomplished an amazing amount of work in almost exactly 3 weeks - record time, as far as I know for such a big project. We sold our house and needed to move into this house in three weeks. I didn't think there was a chance it would be complete or even close to complete. But it was probably 95 percent, very ready for move-in, and everything else was taken care of in the following week. Quality work and completed on a tight deadline. Only a couple of minor issues have come up, and he's always responded immediately to take care of them. Excellent experience. Tino really delivered.
Description of Work: General contractor for complete remodel of 2,000 sq ft home. Two bathrooms (tile showers, etc.), kitchen (countertops, tile, refinish cabinets, etc.), refinish hardwood floor, paint entire interior, install all new appliances and fixture throughout.

+ 0 moreHe is a contractor. I had a great experience with him when he first came out and I gave a good response, but I feel bad now because he turned out to be not that great. We called him back to basically fix something that he had done and he totally ignored it. His followup wasn?t good. He never showed up the second time. He did a very nice job, but he didn?t come back for maintenance repair. He was very good when he first did the job. A lot of my family members and friends have used him. I had given him a high recommendation before.
Description of Work: We contacted Florentino Topete in July of 2009 to work on our deck.

Description of Work: He did a built in cabinet and bookshelf for us. He also built a deck.
