+ -1 moreIt was a Saturday evening, just got home from work. Dennis came out right away. Checked it out and said leak turned out to be minor. He returned first thing Sunday morning. Took about two hours. Did a great job. Reasonable price especially for a weekend.

Description of Work: Dennis has done numerous projects for us both big and small. He's installed a new shower drain/pan and all new fixtures in a master bath, run a new gas line to a kitchen in a very tricky area, fixed drips and leaks, installed gas shut offs and recirculation pumps, and most recently installed a tankless water heater in our new home.

+ 0 moreGood visit with Dennis. He educated me on several items like shutting of gas to fire place reset earthquake shut off valve. We meet on a Friday and he said he would send me a quote. I never got one! Hired another plumber who gave the quote to me the day he was out.

+ -1 moreThe person that came was Vicky Leon and he was a very good person. They did an amazing amount of work and the price was very reasonable. He did at least 4 hours of work for $500. When it was needed, he changed the parts. Where it was in good condition, he didn't change the parts and I appreciated him for that.
Description of Work: I have used Tri-Valley Plumbing for plumbing work for all the toilets. There was a backup on one of the toilets and he fixed that backup, he cleaned it, and put it back again.

+ -1 moreHe was very professional and did the work in a timely manner. My one gripe is that I'm now missing a door cover over the electrical that he worked on for my system. He took off the door to fix my wiring which was very nice of him but he never replaced the door and lost it. I saw him leave with it in his hand as he went to his vehicle to get the invoice and now I have wires that are no longer covered. I've had to since duct tape the bottom portion since my wires were open to the elements. What concerns me is that a replacement has not been given for the part he lost. :/
Description of Work: Fixed my outside sprinkler system, valve and fittings since they were old and started leaking.

Description of Work: Called in response to a massive water bill from EBMUD indicating leakage. Both toilets had issues and were quickly fixed with a complete explanation of the services performed. Friendly and prompt response. And yes, this solved the entire overuse of water. Will definitely use again.
