Description of Work: After the initial emails related to scheduling the service indicating that the dates/times I had chosen were not available, I asked that they call me and I provided my home telephone number. After no response for a week, I called them and spoke to James Zierolf. I scheduled an appointment for 1/15/14 for 12:00 - 2:00 pm. James said that they would call me at 10:00 am on 1/15/14 to confirm the actual arrival time. They never called or arrived for their scheduled appointment.
