+ -1 moreReally bad. They showed up way late and were supposed to have been gone no later than 4:00--still there at 5:30 and were working at a snail's pace.
Description of Work: This was a first cleaning. The sales job was good, but the execution was really bad. They were supposed to do a "thorough" kitchen cleaning. Cabinets, fridge and handles were sticky and filthy, there were coffee stains on the floor, trash hand't been taken out, etc. etc. Won't use them again.

+ -1 moreThey have good follow up and are efficient. They are always on time and they do a good job. I haven't had any issues with them and I would recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY HOUSECLEANING SERVICES I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE FIRST GROUP WHO CAME TO CLEAN DID A SLOPPY JOB, THEY USED VULGAR LANGUAGE IN SPEAKING TO EACH OTHER INSIDE MY HOME, AND WERE AN HOUR LATE TO BEGIN. I COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER WHO SENT A SECOND TEAM OUT A WEEK LATER. THIS SECOND TEAM INCLUDED ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE FIRST TEAM, AND I WAS APPALLED TO FIND HER CREATING EXCUSES FOR HER SUPERIOR ABOUT EVERY ITEM WITH WHICH I WAS DISSATISFIED. I STILL FELT THAT THE JOB THAT WAS COMPLETED AFTER THIS 2ND VISIT WAS UNSATISFACTORY. AGAIN, I PHONED THE OWNER, WHO AVOIDED MY CALLS FOR OVER A WEEK, BEFORE SENDING A 3RD TEAM IN. AFTER A 3RD ATTEMPT, I WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LAZY ATTITUDE, AND POOR WORK ETHIC THAT I FIRED THEM. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO DO AN INITIAL HOUSECLEANING SERVICE, TO BE FOLLOWED BY BI-MONTHLY SERVICE.

+ -1 moreTHEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. SHE COMES PREPARED TO WORK. SHE DOES NOT WASTE TIME. SHE IS A HARD AND THOROUGH WORKER.
Description of Work: WE HAVE THEM COME IN ONCE A MONTH TO CLEAN HOUSE. THEY WILL VACUUM THE ENTIRE HOUSE, CLEAN THE BATHROOM AND CLEAN THE KITCHEN.
