Excellent. Showed up at the precise time. Explained what would be done, and what was done. Tech was very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Mark was the installer. He was on time, and extremely professional. The doors were installed in 4 1/2 hours, and look great. Installation couldn't have gone better. Roger had told us in advance what needed to be moved, so we were ready as well.

They did an excellent job. They are punctual and fast service. So far, the springs are holding up. The costs are not competitive. They are expensive for what was replaced. It took him 45 minutes to finish the work and you have to pay cash or personal check. The discount from Angie's Lists did not apply. He told me that's already cheap. I don't think so.

My garage door is loud so I bought a deal from Angie's List to replace the rollers to make it quieter. The man from Alcosta Overhead Door Co arrived on time and was professional, but stated that I already had the best rollers possible and the noise was due to the type of door I had. Perhaps it was my fault, but I was unhappy that I wound up paying and getting a service I didn't need (he offered to grease my rollers instead since I had already paid my $). Overall, I'm not overly impressed but am unsure where the fault lies - there was no way I could know that my type of garage door would preclude me from getting any value from this roller cleaning service.

The repairman from Alcosta was on time (actually early), did the job quickly and accepted a personal check. Garage door runs smooth as silk now. Highly recommend and will go with Alcosta next time I need garage door work.

He seemed to be very hurried while looking at our garage door. He was getting calls for other jobs while at our appointment and left promptly. He did replace the rollers on the door which was extra.

He came by, looked at my garage door, told me that I had different barring than what the standard door had. He said he was going to go find out and said he would contact us back the next day. Well he never did and he never came back either.

The service turned out well. They did exactly what the deal stated. I did purchase a door opener for an additional fee. The technician who came knew what he was doing. Scheduling was easy.

Provider was very responsive, performed the work when they said they would with no surprises. I would recommend them

It went wonderfully. Granzell was professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and provided a quote for the work prior to starting the job. The lock for our garage door was not working properly and he tried to fix it but concluded that it would have to be replaced. He put in an order and returned a week or so later to replace the lock. I did not have to call and check-in or remind him about placing the order or making an appointment to fix the lock. Granzell even checked all the remote openers and set the clock on the wall opener. He even walked me through some safety tips regarding the opener. I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them highly to friends and neighbors.

He came in and got right to work. He replaced the rollers, then left. All in all, I got my money's worth.

I received a voice mail that the provider would be in my area but I wasn't home. I made several other attempts to schedule and the provider was unresponsive.

They did a good job as it is currently working. It didn't take longer than an hour. The tech was friendly and seemed to know a lot.

The company did not really understand how the Internet system worked but it was easy to set up. Installer did not set up the ability to count the numbers of operations. The Opener uses this to recommend when you need to have its operation checked. I never think about that. It was easy to do once I had the instructions. I have not NOT marked them down for these small lapses as the installation was fast, neat and the opener well adjusted

Repairs went well but door spring costs were another charge that was unexpected. I am seeing a pattern with Angies List deals- where the offer for work or big deal is good but there is always an upsell cost that is unexpected. Could the work wait, sure, but I figure I should get the additional repairs done at the time and leverage Angies List as needed for follow-up if the repair work does not go well or stand post job.

On January 22, we told them there was a bulge in the vinyl on the garage door, but they didn't really respond. On Feb. 10th, Roger finally came out on his own timing after we called a second time. He presumably fixed the bulge but did nothing about the leak which we had left him pictures of and informed him of earlier. We found out later that we had to send the pictures to the manufacturer because Roger told us to but nothing happened and we did not hear from anyone. On March 13th we called again but have not heard from the because they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer.

It was absolutely fantastic and scheduling was perfect.

My experience was fine with them. They were on time and they did the work as stated. There were two technicians here doing the work. They seemed very competent and knew what they were doing.

On time, brought all the parts, was nice and quick.

The service provider came out to my home. They said that my garage door is an older style and they are unable to fix the door. I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s List.
