THE ORIGINAL SALESMAN WAS VERY GOOD AT SELLING HIS PRODUCT. THE DELIVERY OF THE SPA WAS DELAYED BY TWO WEEKS, ALTHOUGH THE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DELAY. THE DELIVERY WENT SMOOTHLY AS DID THE SET-UP.
Description of Work: WE CONTRACTED WITH SPA-EXPO TO HAVE A SPA BUILT, DELIVERED AND SET-UP. WE HAD ASKED TO HAVE 3 WEEKS IN ORDER TO HAVE OUR FRAME AND PAD DONE FOR THE SPA. THEY ACTUALLY DIDN'T HAVE THE SPA FINISHED BY THEN, AND DELAYED THINGS BY TWO MORE WEEKS.

MIKE, THE SALESPERSON WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE OF THE EQUIPMENT WAS FAIR. THE SERVICE DELIVERED WITHIN REASONABLE TIME.
