Juan is the ultimate professional. High quality workmanship, communication, customer service, dependability. I’d highly recommend him. I’ll be having him do a bigger project for me once I figure out the timing.

It went very well. They were on time, easy to deal with they left the area clean and did a great job.

Quick to respond. Quick to provide estimate. Showed up within two days to complete the project. Completely restored the plaster and repainted the area as well as small touch ups in the room.

We recently had to change our electrical wiring from knob & tube to modern wiring. This meant over 200 holes in our drywalls for the electricians to pull new wires, patch everything and repaint the entire place (2 full floors!) We could not be more happy with JC Construction: Juan and his crew arrived promptly, worked through weekends to make our moving in date possible, communicated well on when they would do what work. The end result looks great, was done well, and all for a competitive price. We feel lucky to have found such a great contractor! We have JC Construction's number saved in our phones for any future jobs!

Juan and his crew did an excellent job putting up a bedroom drywall, replacing, and waterproofing rotten wood in my exterior bedroom wall. They also replaced rotten wood in my patio and applied waterproofing on my patio deck. The costs for the work were very reasonable. We are very happy with their work. I would highly recommend them for similar projects.

Needed drywall installation after a mold-remediation job in a small section of our kitchen. Getting the job scheduled with JC Construction was fairly quick. The team arrived and completed the job smoothly and timely. Am very happy with the finished result! Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely be in contact again for future work around our house.

Juan is very easy to work with and was able to accommodate our difficult project in a short amount of time. We had popcorn ceiling removed and replaced with a smooth finish, with a large sloped ceiling almost 15ft high. The quote was reasonable and matched the finished project exactly, the quality of work is fantastic, and the project was done in a short amount of time. His team went above-and-beyond to paint where beams had been removed; something that was not in our original quote. We are very happy with the work done and look forward to working with Juan for any drywall needs in the future.

Everything went well. Juan is great at communicating with clients, arriving on time and getting the work done even before the estimated completion date. They were very nice and cleaned up everything!!

Juan and his team were life savers. We had a bathtub overflow and take out almost the entire master bathroom, the downstairs bathroom, wood floors in a hallway, three closets downstairs and all the drywall surrounding the damage. I found Juan on this site and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness. At first I thought he would only do drywall and paint but had him bid out the tile and floors as well. Since his prices were competitive with what the insurance offered we hired his team to do the whole job. In short, they were responsive, showed up to the job when they said they would, were respectful of our home and most of all, did quality work. If there was an issue (ie the medicine cabinet was installed off-center or one sub was doing subpar work) Juan's response was always: "no problem, we will fix it.". Juan and his team have earned our trust and respect. I've worked with contractors before and know how hard it is to find a good one. Juan and his team are the real deal and can recommend him without hesitation.

Juan and his crew were amazing! After submitting the work needed in Angi, Juan contacted me to go over in more details of the work. We coordinated the estimate time for the work to be done that will work for both of us. He went over what he'll be doing and answered all my questions and concerns. We were expecting the work to take about a week but he was able to complete the work in 3 days! Everything was done as he described to us verbally and in writing. Any drywall needs, Juan is the man!

We had some damage from the recent wind driven rains and had a water mitigation company tear out all the drywall and trim around three French doors. Juan replaced the sheet rock, trim, texture, and paint. Quality work, very happy with the results. Looks better than before!

Very dusty. But the final result is fantastic. Smooth walls. Hired another of JC's men to prime and paint the walls. Now my house is back in order and everything looks wonderful.

Absolutely amazing job. Started out as a paint job for a bedroom and replacing closet doors in the bedroom and ended up replacing Door frames and doors in our hallway and painting the hallway!!!! Also had an old phone box in the kitchen turned into a spice cabinet!!!!! Would refer them to anyone.

They did a great job. On time each day. Did exactly what they said they would do. Even the city inspector commented on how nice the work looked. Couldn't have asked for anything better

The business owner arrived within hours of the time I submitted my request for an estimate. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable and spent over 30 minutes discussing what I wanted and some options. He left promising the quote would be emailed from his wife by the end of the week. This was weeks ago and I still haven't received anything. I guess I was not a good project for him, but it would be nice if he was just honest with me and said that so I could move on to the next guy for a quote instead of wasting my time waiting. Pretty inconsiderate, but I am glad I found out now instead of once I got further into my remodel.
