Description of Work: Glenn Stewart was very thorough in his inspection of our home and identified many serious issues that we were unaware of.

+ -1 moreThe inspection was conducted by Paul Breitkopf, who was recommended by my realtor. He did an extremely thorough inspection and tolerated two of us trailing him and peppering him with questions. He provided tips and recommendations when he came across things, and when he saw my look of panic with information overload, he helped me understand what issues were more pressing. He also took time to inform me of what he was looking for, what to watch for in the future, and where the different shut-offs were. On top of all that, he was a truly pleasant person to work with.
Description of Work: Home inspection for the house I was buying.

+ -1 moreOverall, Ron was great. Punctual and professional. However, he may have missed a visual on the drain pipes in our yard that may contain asbestos. They look like plastic but apparently are concrete and likely contain asbestos. Unfortunately, we have passed their 90-day warranty so if you go with them, make sure you do a thorough re-inspection if you can before the warranty period is over. Ron is very nice.
Description of Work: Ron McClure performed a home inspection on my older home in Oakland before we purchased the house. He was recommended by my real estate agent.

+ -1 moreOverall, my experience was very positive. The customer service was great, people were always friendly and eager to help. Our inspector, Glen Stewart, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company in a second.
Description of Work: We had two buildings, two roofs & one property inspected. The home inspector, Glenn Stewart, inspected both houses. He inspected the plumbing, electrical, interior, foundation, heating, and the general exterior of the structures. He was incredibly thorough and did not mind at all that we (the potential buyers) were there and asking him questions. Finding out that we were choosing to buy without a real estate agent, he made certain to walk us around the house/s to show us what the most high priority problems were. He also made suggestions regarding regular maintenance. He had stated that he would provide us with a report by midnight and sure enough, the report was in my email account by that night around 10 PM. The report itself was very thorough and broke information down into different criteria, health and safety being the highest priority.

+ -1 moreINSPECTION PROS PROVIDED A VERY COMPREHENSIVE REPORT. I WAS ALSO AT THE SITE WHEN THE INSPECTION TOOK PLACE. THE INSPECTOR POINTED OUT AREAS OF CONCERN. ALSO SHOWED ME THE NECESSARY KEY TURN OFF VALVES.
Description of Work: INSPECTION PROS WAS HIRED TO GO THROUGH THE CONDO AND PERFORM A HOME INSPECTION. TO IDENTIFY ANY POTENTIAL ITEMS WHICH WERE NOT UP TO CODE OR ITEMS WHICH NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED.
