Overall, the pricing and breadth of products is good, and they are also quite efficient at processing returns. Unfortunately, they are often understaffed, resulting in long waits at the checkout counters and making it difficult to find someone to assist me when I have a question about something. The employees there are generally helpful, but finding someone who is available is quite challenging at times.

Excellent quality and service. Carpet was a heavy 16'8'' x 16'8'' custom bound piece. Home Depot was going to deliver but they normally deliver curbside. There was no way that I would have been able to bring it in as it weighed a ton. Upon special request, they sent 3 people home at no extra charge.

HOME DEPOT REP WHO HELPED US ON CARPET SELECTION WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE MADE RECOMMENDATION WITHOUT GIVING US PRESSURE. THE CARPET INSTALLERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. THEY WERE ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB ON TIME AND MAINTAIN THE PLACE CLEAN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL & DID NOT RUSH US AT ALL. THEY SPENT TIME HELPING US PICK THE RIGHT CARPET FOR THE AREAS WE WERE REPLACING. THE CREW WAS ON TIME & WORKED HARD TO FINISH ON TIME.

THE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED HARD, AND TRIED TO KEEP THE AREA AS CLEAN AS THEY COULD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY FINISHED ON TIME. THE ROOMS LOOK GREAT.

HOME DEPOT SHOWED UP EAGER TO HAVE THE JOB. THEY WERE POLITE, FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
