carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThey arrived right on time. I was concerned about cleaning my area rugs which were on laminate flooring. No problem -- they put plastic sheeting under the rugs and went ahead with the cleaning. They were here about 2 hours and left with instructions about letting the carpet on the laminate dry and removing the plastic sheeting.
Description of Work: Diablo Carpet is great to work with. Phone calls are returned promptly and it is easy to schedule a cleaning around your schedule. This time they cleaned carpets in my 3 bedrooms, stairs and 2 area rugs in my family room and living room. I have used this company before and will use them again. Since I don't use anyone else I don't know how their prices line up with others.

+ -1 moreTHE OFFICE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPET REPAIR. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS PUNCTUAL AND PERFORMED THE WORK SKILLFULLY. THE PATCHED AREA MATCHED PERFECTLY TO THE CARPET AROUND IT.
Description of Work: THE CARPET IN OUR FAMILY ROOM WAS DAMAGED BY NAIL GLUE. THE REPAIR PERSON REMOVED THE DAMAGED AREA. HE THEN REPLACED IT WITH A PATCH OF NEW CARPET. THE PATCH WAS GLUED INTO THE EXISTING AREA.
