Description of Work: I got my money back. I scheduled the work for a certain time and advised the provieder I would not be home until that time. I was home15 minutes before the appointment. The person doing the work was at my house an hour or more earlier than the appointment. Then got angry with me that I was not there.

Description of Work: AAA Furnace check the air ducts, they found where anminals had chewed through the ducts, also found asbestos, sent a company to remove the asbestoses. Yes we have AAA again to put in a new Furnace tomorrow.

Description of Work: What a Joke! After I purchased the discounted deal, I called Dan to make an appointment. 3 calls, 3 messages, no return calls. I called again and this time got Dan on the phone. I told him I lived in Santa Cruz. He said he didn't want to come down here unless I found other neighbors who were willing to use his service to "make it worth his time". Needless to say, I can't recommend this type of "service" to anyone.

Description of Work: first of all, dan's crew didnt show up 3x! due to his crew's failure to communicate. but when they came, their service was quick, excellent and professional. the reason why i gave F on their review is stated above. i give credit to dan for coming over to meet us and giving us $20 credit, although i dont think that was enough for the incovenience.

 + -1 moreI checked with four other companies prior to hiring Dan's Air Duct Cleaning. They post their pricing on their web site with a promise of no up selling in the home. In addition, they post their complete insurance coverage on their web site. They're a very straight forward and straight up company. They play no games or bait and switch pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. Their web site is very informative as well.
Description of Work: I had my homes air ducts system and HVAC cleaned and sanitized.
