I feel fortunate to have found Mark through Angi. He immediately responded to my request for an estimate for dry rot repairs on my home. He conducted a thorough inspection, explained to me what was and wasn't dry rot damage, and what needed to be done. I found him to be forthright and his estimate fair. As work progressed, additional damage was discovered that wasn't included in the original scope of work. Each time he would show me the damage and explain what needs to be done. Mark would show up as scheduled, or let me know in advance if there was any change in schedule. He promptly responded to all emails and phone calls. He kept me informed all the way through completion of the job. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. The job turned out to be bigger than I anticipated because some of the damage was hidden beneath the surface. But I'm glad it was discovered and fixed as it was money well spent. It was a pleasure doing business with Mark and his company

Mark is very easy to work with, Pretty honest. Brad, the younger person, is also fun to interact with and honest as well. Very pleasant experience that I had with them during the course of this project.

Mark Texiera, a fully licensed termite, dry rot and pest inspector, quickly answered my request for an inspection/repair estimate for a possible dry rot issue at my townhouse in Carmichael, CA. He came on time at our prearranged appointment several days later, and after a very friendly conversation, he spent a considerable amount of time assessing the dry rot issue which was located behind the baseboard in a bathroom wall near the toilet and bathtub. Much to my relief, Mark determined that there was no dry rot. Evidently, water from the bathtub shower had over time damaged the baseboard and a small section of sheetrock. I greatly appreciated Mark’s professionalism, honesty and integrity. Some other inspectors would have said there was dry rot, needing expensive repairs. I was so impressed with Mark’s friendliness, expertise and willingness to help, that I asked him to do a complete termite/pest inspection of my townhouse, which I intend to sell in the next month. After a lengthy and extensive inspection of both the townhouse interior and exterior, he determined that I did have some minor dry rot issues with two wooden items in the outside patio. He will be sending me a detailed inspection report of all his findings in the next several days. For the two hours of time and work Mark spent assessing the dry rot issue and doing the townhouse inspection, I couldn’t believe that he charged me so little money. It’s no wonder his company has such a high rating. He just wants to make his customers happy. Mark is a great guy and in my book, the best. He certainly has my recommendation!

Mark REALLY came through for a ceiling repair (due to leaking sprinkler head). In fact, TWO miracles: I was able to FIND a contractor to repair the head (rare for a small job these days-), and Mark was just off vacation...and able to schedule the ceiling work THE DAY AFTER the sprinkler was done-!! Believe me, hiring/scheduling post-pandemic contract work can be traumatic, but Mark took care of my job quickly. The drywall/plaster work was done in a single day, and I did a coat of paint the next...DONE. Professional, quality work-and very friendly. Recommended!

mark and his assistant Brent installed bird netting in my second story eaves. This project had to be approved by my HOA and Mark was meticulous in his pre planning so the netting was not visible from the street. before project start, Mark was well organized and prompt in his communications. Value wise he clearly beat a contractor who was recommended by my HOA. My observation told me they pay attention to detail and work safely while on ladders. Once installed they painted the netting so it blended into the house exterior color. I HIGHLY recommend Mark you will not be disappointed.
