Description of Work: The owner and the project manager are very ignorant, don't return calls especially the owner, the shared fence was not measured properly and my gate was changed, adjusted and changed again three times. I finally had enough and the owner decided not to charge me for the gate. The fence is crooked and so is my gate. It is disgraceful to have contractors on your list that take advantages of customers especially senior citizens and I am sure that I am not the only one with such an experience.

Description of Work: They replaced over 100 feet of fence between 3 neighbors. They actually identified that there was a 3rd neighbor involved (the other vendor that I got a bid from didn't realize that). The guy that did the estimate was amazing, worked with me on price and was very thorough. The office called numerous times to confirm the date, and they were very flexible on how we payed across the three parties involved.

Description of Work: In the end it was fine but they obviously did not do a lot of metal fencing-mismeasurement, forgotten supplies, underestimate of time and materials. Ultimately the fence was well done.

Description of Work: We scheduled an estimate and they did show up. Then absolutely NOTHING! I phoned over and over. Emailed. I kept being promised the estimate "tomorrow." Tomorrow never came. We gave up.

Description of Work: We needed to replace 16 feet of our fence quickly before we closed on the sale of our house. They were professional and went out of their way to fit in our project to meet our quick timeline. I would highly recommend. Several companies would not help us on this smaller project and I felt they valued us as customers. They were fairly priced, professional, prompt and very service focused.

Description of Work: After calling and getting an estimate we tried to schedule the work to be done. After calling at least five times to schedule the work, and not getting a call back, we finally gave up and are not using this company. We feel they are not responsive to getting back to customers!

 + -1 moreAbout a 40 foot section of my fence was blown down during winter. I got several estimates but went with C and J fencing because the estimate given me was the lowest for the job and he also advised me of additional work that may be required and why it would be advantageous to consider doing the additional work. I never saw the estimator, i.e. after the initial appointment, or the workers, as when the work was scheduled they came out when I was at work and when I came home I had a brand new fence. In fact, they had done more than I contracted for and that was great. I payed my bill and I'm happy with the fence and the excellent service with C and J.
Description of Work: Replaced approximately a 55 feet section of fencing with solid board fencing. Fencing was on a slope.
