They were very prompt.

Crew and Pat, the owner, scoped out the problem and resolved it in a prompt and professional manner. They were very courteous and careful not to cause any more damage to my front vegetation than was necessary. The debris was removed and the front yard cleaned-up, even replanted the ivy that had to be dug up. I could hardly tell that the crew had been there.

Apart from some scheduling issues to get them to come and give me an estimate (due mainly to the fact we both had a very busy schedule), I had a great experience with them. They were late on the morning of the job, but not too much. In the future, I would suggest that if they believe they will miss the time window scheduled for the job, they should call ahead and let the customer know. The job was, however, done very well, and they cleaned up well after the job. Their cost was much lower than other 3 estimates I got.

He was very prompt and very informative. He was very quick and got the job done. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needed a great plumbing.

Known as Plumbers Squad on Angie's List, but actually are now under a different name after a split with a business partner some time back. Overall it was a Great Experience! I called on the prior Wednesday or Thursday and had Saturday morning scheduled for a visit and quote. Pat's (the plumber/owner) sister Heidi asked the necessary info and scheduled the appointment. When he was running late due to an unexpected problem at his first appointment Saturday, Heidi called to let me know. Pat showed up and I explained what I wanted done. He gave me a verbal quote of $650, which I thought was very fair considering he'd have to crawl under my house at least four times to both give me the quote and then come back and do the work. He showed up on Monday, a bit later than planned, did the replacement of the front pressure regulator, then had to leave due to an emergency call, but came back about 2-3 hours later and finished the complete job in about another 2 hours. He had his assistant, Scott, with him on both work visits and they were both friendly and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and I've observed no leaks or any other issues with their work after 24 hours. The final price actually came in slightly lower than the quote of $650 (at $635) due to less copper pipe being used than initially estimated. I can STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM and would use them again.

Excellent service. I called a couple of plumbers who couldn't come that day. Pat at Plumbers Squad rearranged his schedule and came out to take care of everything. He also charged much less than original phone quote.

They are punctual and courteous. They provided good suggestion. It took more time than they thought initially and installation is not entirely sturdy. Had I had more time and patience, I'd insist on seeing receipts of goods purchased for the job and a written estimate. Often times when you finally get a contractor in after a duration of mess in your house and had to take time off from work to wait for other services folks you get weary and impatient.

Heidi Larson the manager and sister of the plumber was very accommodating and responsive when I called to make an appointment. On the day of service, both she and the plumber called and very apologetically told us that he had an emergency job up in Antioch that he needed to do first and asked if he could reschedule the job for later in the day. He came at the time he specified and was very personable and efficient. Took care of our plumbing issues in a timely fashion.

I noticed my den wall was showing signs of moisture leaking through, I knew I had a leak. I called Budget Plumbing at 7:00 am the next morning Heidi answered the phone and said she would have Pat at the house by 10:30, he was right on time. Pat found the problem and had it fixed in 15 minutes! Heidi and Pat were very courteous and did a great job. I will use them again when necessary.

Pat was the only plumber out of 3 that not only gave me the best price, but also detailed the fact that I should have 2 new drain systems instead of one. He was prompt, professional and I will be using him again when I extend my house. If you need a plumber, go with Pat, you will not find any better !

Our flush system seemed to be on the verge of not flushing, so we called Pat on a Sunday. He came out and assessed our needs free of charge. Right away he suggested that we call the manufacturer of the flush system because he thought that they would be willing to send replacement parts. Luckily, we were sent a new unit FREE of charge. On the day that Pat installed the new flush system, he also replaced the kitchen faucet. I appreciated his attention to detail in this area; the old plate had been secured improperly with silicone and he made sure that there wasn't any old gunk left surrounding the new plate. Overall, Pat did a great job. He is enthusiastic, easy to communicate with, fast, and neat. It really came thru to me that his goal is to do the job right. We will be calling him for more projects in the future.

Pat was conscientious, diligent, and charged us a very reasonable rate considering the high (but necessary) number of hours spent in resolving our issue.

Brandon was very professional, helpful, and his work was reasonably priced.
