It is never an easy experience when damage occurs in one's home. Even less fun when it is a rental property and you have tenants there. Our kitchen flooded and after several weeks of demolition, water and asbestos abatement work, we were ready to find a contractor to jump in and put things back together. Diego and his team from Bay Quality has been AMAZING! While it turned out that he was on the lower side of all of the estimates, that was not why we chose him and his company. We chose him because he is a problem solver. Building new vs reconstruction takes a different approach. Of the 3 contractors I spoke with, Diego impressed me with his willingness to find solutions. I got a sense from other reviews that he would work quickly. In less than two weeks, he had the kitchen back together with new cabinets, countertops, flooring and appliances. We hire Bay Quality Construction because they were one of the few companies that took the time to give us a detailed quote, rather than an off the cuff guesstimate. Unfortunately what was supposed to be a simple deck addition turned out to be an almost one year project. Communication was spotty, and we were never certain when their crew would show up, meaning we could not go out of town or be away from the house for any extended amount of time. As far as the quality of work, it was "okay", although the permit process took excessively long and they screwed up some of their drawings a couple of times and had to go back to the building permit department, adding to the delay. Price was in line with other quotes we received.

Could not have had a better experience with Bay Quality. Their price came in very reasonable and in line with other contractors we reached out to. They were so easy to work with and had excellent communication. Every night we would get an update to confirm that they'd be there the next day so we never had to wonder if anyone was showing up. Project came in on schedule and at agreed upon price. We enclosed a 2nd story deck and made a home gym and office. The space is amazing now and their quality of work was fantastic. Everyone in their crew was kind and respectful. They will 100% be who we go to for future projects.

It was such a joy to work with a company who really cares about their work and is so collaborative! All of the workers we had in our home were extremely friendly and great at their trade.

It's very rare these days to find a contractor that is both fair on job pricing and does exceptional work. Bay Quality is both. Benito and his team are not only easy to work with, but instill confidence in us in their work. Bay Quality has assisted our family with a bathroom, kitchen and basement renovation (all very uniquely different projects at different times in our lives) and I wouldn't trust any other contractor to get the job done so well. I would highly recommend this team!

Bay Quality was absolutely incredible! If youâ  re looking for a construction company that works 8-6 on your project and completes it in the blink of an eye - look no further! I have two little ones under the age of 3 and they had the job site clean, were punctual, responsive and their work ethic is unmatched! Our project wasnâ t huge but Bay Quality seemed to really want the work. They delivered very high quality results ahead of schedule and on budget. They were responsive to last minute adjustments, respectful of our space and communicated well. I will definitely think of Bay Quality Construction when next we need a contractor!

Late last spring we had Bay Quality Construction do several home projects for us. We did new flooring in 3 bedrooms, our family room and our hallways. We also did a complete remodel of our master bedroom and master bathroom. We were able to schedule all the work in a timely fashion that worked within our busy schedule. We even had the majority of the major demolition work while we were on vacation so we could avoid the busiest part of the construction. Their pricing was very fair and Benny met us at various showrooms and stores as we picked out flooring, tile, fixtures, paint and other materials so everything would blend in well in the final project. The workers were great and made sure everything was put away at the end of the day when they headed home. Great quality work at a great price and completed in a timely fashion!
