They were actually excellent in there because they threw out a ball pack right away and then we worked with them and they let us go. They did quite a lot of before we got a real good estimate because we weren't sure of some of the things we wanted to do, that kind of thing. They are very patient, helpful and very good to work with.

For the first folks that expressed an interest in bidding on a remodelling effort that we had underway, and we asked them to give us a quote on doing kitchens and bathrooms, and it hit them with a challenge of trying to meet a restricted budget. They were very prompt in coming out, they listened carefully to our wishes, what we wanted to do, what we couldn't do. They did prepare a bid and presented that in a timely way, and I was very appreciative of all of that. Then I was proceeding on with other bidders and the process slowed down a bit. About a month later, I called them up to ask them to come over now that I'd learned a little bit more and I could refine the job a little bit better, and at that point in time he said that they had gotten busy and that it would be several weeks before he could make a return visit, and so that was the end of our association. I appreciated his work, but I can't say that I know the quality of what he does because he didn't actually take this job, although he did the first part well.

I liked him very much. Very personable. They folllow up. I will go with him when the time is right.

He is absolutely fabulous! I am extremely pleased with everything he has done for me. His employees are great too, they helped me move boxes into the home.

Apollo was recommended by another service; when I found them on Angie's list, I decided to me with the owner, Mike Bickford. He spent several meetings with me talking about design and options. He sent me to several local places to look at possibilities. He made several design suggestions based on photos and ideas I had. We eventually settled on a design and put together a list and price estimate. Mike was very good at pointing out to me unnecessary costs and steering me away from spending too much money for a small remodel. I had originally wanted to add a half bath, and have plans to do that, but knew it would cost at least three times the cost of simply upgrading. I had final say on all design and selections but Mike and his crew were very helpful in providing suggestions and explaining the pros and cons of every suggestion or consideration. All of Mike's crew were respectful, professional, and friendly. We have a very large dog that tends to scare people; each worker took the time to get to know Kodiak and make friends, so that eventually, he just ignored them most of the time. Every crew member cleaned up after themselves each day, both outside and inside. Considering this was the ONLY bathroom in the house, they were also careful to coordinate the work with our schedule. While the cost was more than I wanted to pay, it was most often due to me changing my mind about different things throughout. There were a few mistakes on the original quote: particularly, we agreed on certain upgrades that weren't in the quote and I didn't catch it the first time around. After pointing these out, it was corrected. Mike was very good at adjusting the quote with each change - both up and down, depending on what we did.

There were no issues. They did everything that was asked according to our expectation. It was challenging because we had them do a lot in a very short period of time. They got the work done on the time line that was stated. They came up with some valuable creative suggestions in terms of approaching the project.

FERNANDO IS A NICE GUY AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND HAD ALL HIS MATERIALS READY. HE INSTALLED THE CARPET AS INSTRUCTED AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
