When I turned on my air conditioner, there was much more noise than usual. Scott came to listen but there were no unusual noises when he was here. A different unusual noise then appeared. I asked Scott to come back a second time. He heard the noise and diagnosed the problem as a defective set of fan blades in the blower.. A new set of fan blades was ordered and installed by two associates of Scott's. The noise went away and the AC now functions fine. Scott and his associates were professional and courteous.

Scott and Kevin are wonderful. They are punctual, professional, and honest. They won't try to oversell you. They are also very responsive to emails and calls. We used them for estimates on two homes during escrow, and had them come out and do work on the home we closed on. We will definitely be using them for our future HVAC work.

Airquest was great. Scott and Kevin came out even though we were just outside of their service area, performed the work promptly, and everything has worked great ever since. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They have also done work at my in-laws on multiple occasions and they always do a fantastic job.

They were good. They seem very trustworthy and very personable. When they came out that very day, it was a cold weather so I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible and they were very nice about it. In fact, I would use them again.

Scott from AirQuest came by and gave me a detailed evaluation of our water heater, air ducts, multiple furnace and air conditioning units since we purchased a house in April and those appliances were all original since the 1980's. He was very informative about his experiences with our appliances and how much life he felt we had left. He was a really nice guy and I felt he was very trustworthy. He changed our very dirty air filters too. I would totaly hire him again and I liked the fact he was a local Danville Small Business. I love supporting our local businesses when I can. Scott provided a fair bid and lowered his against a competing bid. Although there had been that lower bid, I selected AirQuest because of their solid ratings, and Scott and his team did an outstanding job of providing options and installation. I selected Rheem because Consumer Reports had given the company an excellent rating for quality of equipment. I was concerned about how loud the unit would be given that it would be outside a bedroom, and he arranged for me to visit another home that just had the same equipment installed so that I could check it out. I was very comfortable allowing Scott and his team to operate inside the house without my watching them. I also appreciated that Scott didn't try to sell extra equipment, and provided me options that lowered the price. All in all, I would definitely recommend Scott and AirQuest for your A/C or heating needs.

The work went just fine. The technicians, Kevin and Kevin, did a great job finishing the relocation of the gas and electrical lines while we our plumbers were working at the same time. It was tight quarters with multiple tradespeople doing their thing. They did run into one snag on the job. They unintendedly broke a piece of drywall. But, they patched the area that day and offered to come back for finish work, but since we also needed other drywall patching we explained it was not necessary. Feeling uncomfortable about the situation, they bought us a few extra filters for the air return to offset any added cost we might have for the drywall patch work. Since we understand that accidents happen this was no problem. We just really appreciated the professionalism they showed in dealing with the job itself and the little hiccup they ran into along the way.

They are very responsive. The owner of the company is also always very responsive to us. When we call and ask for service they generally get their technicians out pretty quickly. We've had them do two to three things over the years. They always send the same technicians who are very professional and are personable.

AIRQUEST WAS BY FAR THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED OF ALL THE HEATING AND A/C PLACES THAT I HAD CONTACTED. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE SYSTEM THAT WE PURCHASED IS TOP NOTCH! WE ARE SO PLEASED. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.
