Albert came to give me an estimate. He and another guy did the job. Albert and his helper were very nice and did the job in a short amount of time. I was constantly coming out to look and talk to them, looking out the window, and asking questions. They were great to have at my home. Everything went exactly as Albert said it would, and they took care in refilling the front yard and distributing the extra dirt in uneven areas after checking with me. The guys worked so hard and quick and were so nice, I gave them a tip. I would have loved to have them come back to do other pluming work, but the owner was stressful to deal with, I will look for another company. Before the job, he gave me different expectations about the water being off for a much longer time, even though he hadn't seen my home. The day of the job he came over at the start time to meet me, even though his presence was not necessary, and did nothing but upset me. He intimidated me into agreeing to pay with a check when I answered his question about payment by telling him I was using a credit card. He gave a speech criticizing "you people who want your little points", complaining about the cost to businesses to process card payments. He was even more upset about having to renew his license in Concord in order to get the permit, and complained about how long it took and how much it cost. I never could get him to tell me what my cost for the permit was, and called the permit dept. after he left to find out the cost. The third thing he was angry about; he said he had not purchased the $80 pressure valve and was not going to the store that morning, so he was going to have to give me a valve that cost $125. After the installation, I looked on-line for the installed valve's manufacturer and model, and it appeared I did get the $80 valve. As I said, I would love to have Albert come back because his work and attitude were five-star, but I can't deal with the owner again. I'm a sensitive person and prefer stress-free interactions.

It went really well. They were very responsive. They were very thorough. We had a clog drain so he was able to drain and he was all good and obviously was done at a cheaper rate because of Angie's list referral. I would use them again.

It was great! Only plumber I contacted who could give us same day service. He was polite, informative, knowledgeable and best part was that we thought we would be in for a HUGE repair with a suspected collapsed line, but he ran the camera and confirmed it was just roots getting into the system. Awesome! Saved us about $8000! We will be using him every 6 months to snake our line.

I called this provider to get an estimate for the job and they responded very promptly. Bill sent his technician Brian within few hours to my place to look at the job site and get the job description from me to provide a better estimate of the cost and time. Brian arrived on time and looked over the job location and took time to listened carefully what need to be done. He then provided an very reasonable estimate. He explained me very well what is included in the estimate and what is not. I agreed with their bid and Brian came the next day at the exact time as he promised, 8 AM sharp. He started the job right away and continued to work until the job was done (apprx. 9 hours) without taking any break. There was another technician came to help him with the gas line work so I guess they could finish the job on the same day as promised. The owner Bill was very responsive from the first time I called and in regards to one of my concern, he even took time to come over at my place and answered all my questions. I really appreciate for their prompt, honest and professional service. Both technician Brian and other Bill who worked on the job were very professional, experienced, courteous and prompt. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and all Angie's list member. Thank you Brian, Bill and Bill for providing extraordinary service and your professionalism.

I have used Advanced Plumbing about three times now. A couple of times for rooting services and then today for installation of a shower assembly in my tub/shower combination. The company has always been most professional and accommodating to my needs. Their personnel is personable and professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends and/or neighbors. In fact, I have recommended them and those people have used them with good results. This has been and will be my go to plumbing service provider. They never have let me down. Today's employee, Rene (not sure how to spell his name), was exceptional!!! Thank you Renee and Bill (owner) for making my plumbing problems stress free.

He was fast, I love that he tested everything before moving on. Is honest, friendly and dependable. When he says that he is going to do something, he does.
