+ -1 moreThe contractor and personnel committed to a start date and completion date. They commenced on time, were very professional and courteous and finished 1/2 day ahead of schedule. Clean up daily was excellent, as was the condition of my backyard upon completion of the project. The owner of the company came by at start of project and came by to check the progress as well.
Description of Work: Removed old and dying lawn, replacing with artificial lawn and new bender board.

+ -1 moreThat was a disaster. This company has to be out of business. I am reporting them to CSLB. They are horrible. I wasted 15,000 Dollars. They have a good 1st impression, and 2nd impression was horrible. The people who came to work did not know what to do, he would not be there to check on them, they would work only 3 or 4 hours a day, and it was a complete mess. They were supposed to install the base, but they didn't know what they were doing. This guy had completely crazy ideas of installing grass with borders, which everybody criticised. It was a disaster, he is a walking disaster. He is those guys who has 100s of ideas, but does not use common sense. He should not be in business, and he has different licenses. They used wrong materials, they didn't know the techniques, and they didn't have the people to do the work.
Description of Work: We used 1st Impression Lawns & Greens. They were supposed to install artificial grass.

Description of Work: We used 1st Impression Lawns & Greens. They laid artificial grass on a 5 x 20 area of our yard.
