+ -1 moreI used Roy Andrewson for a structural home inspection earlier this year. I paid $600 for the inspection. Roy showed up late and offered to review some other documents as compensation. There was no discussion of additional charges for this. Now I have an invoice for another $700+ dollars. I called his cell and he was in Tahoe and offered to call me back, but he didn't. I have an email in which he offered to review the docs as compensation, but he refuses to budge. Also I had to email him multiple times to get the initial report and finally got it after my time for inspections had run out. Very disappointing experience.
