He did a great job. He was very responsive and came the same day even though I called him late in the afternoon. He was punctual and able to solve the issue.

It was a great experience. They removed the old water heater and took it away, placed the new tankless heater outside the house where we asked them to, arranged for the electrical, the permits and the inspection. We love our new tankless heater!!
Description of Work: We replaced our conventional water heater with a tankless one.

This company is an expert in Tankless Heaters and works with very competent contractors in the bay area. The work went very well and I am extremely pleased with my new tankless heater. Hot water is always available yet I am not having to heat it in a tank 24/7. Great convenience and great for the environment.
Description of Work: This contract was for the installation of a large capacity tankless water heater in my garage. This involved not only removal of existing tank heater, but putting in new heater, installing a 50' steel gas line "t"ed off of the gas meter from outside, putting in safety valvles that exited to the exterior of the garage, and putting in air vents.

David was prompt in returning calls, showing up for estimate appointment and scheduling of work. The price was very fair. Even though I had a Noritz in a previous home he walked me through the best installation options. Work was done late last year. I love the tankless, my gas bills went down by about $15.0 per month and I NEVER run out of hot water. A week ago I noticed some rust spots at the dialectic union and sent him an email about it on a Monday and by Wednesday he scheduled a repair. Nice work, no hassle, good follow up. Beware of tankless contractors that take the easy way out on installation and set the heater where it is convenient for them with short gas line runs. It may be less expensive up front but waiting a long time for hot water will cost you time and lots of aggravation. The closer you can put the heater to your baths and kitchens the better it will work for you. And that is what David did.
Description of Work: Ran new gas line and installed new Noritz Tankless on exterior wall.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and work completed. My water heater broke on Monday evening, and the new unit was installed within 48 hours. The owner was very quick to respond to questions during the sales cycle, and everything went exactly as planned. I decided to go with the tankless water heater to save space in my home, reduce my monthly energy bill, and enjoy the benefits of never running out of hot water. Extra bonus is the lifespan of the unit is 20+ years and there's a 2007 $300 federal tax credit.
Description of Work: I had my broken 50 gallon water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. The work involved the complete installation of a new Noritz 063 tankless water heater, including the installation of a dedicated gas line, removal of the broken water heater, and rough patching of the holes within the room where the old water heater was housed. The job involved 2 workers, who pretty much worked straight for about 12 hours (minus a 1 hour lunch).
