i contacted them in the morning. Rafael came to my home that afternoon and everything was up and running in less than an hour. Apparently a wire had come loose from one of my circuit breakers. They are great!

Neal Talley recognized the underlying problem and remained on site with my tenants to be sure the new gfi breaker solved our problem (the jacuzzi turned off by itself).

Jose could not find out why our hall ceiling light would sometimes turn off since the outlet was ok. He kept at it and found that the wiring in the light switch was messed up which he fixed. It is now working fine. I would use them again.
