+ -1 moreI have to say I am surprised I have never heard of these guys, particularly in light of all the complaints I hear about finding good plumbers. I took a chance on google and I'm super glad i did. They were extremely responsive, making the whole process simple and relatively stress free. There were some issues along they way that had nothing to do with them, (which is why it wasn't all stress free), but they were very accommodating and still managed to get everything done efficiently and affordably. They also know what they are talking about so I was able to ask tons of questions about all my other plumbing needs/concerns. I'm definitely going to be using them to install my new water heater soon as well as any future plumbing problems.

The first time we used them we got someone who was really knowledgeable and worked really fast, so it seemed like it was worth our money. But the second time we used them, I wasn't quite as sure about the value for our money because I have nothing to compare it to. Overall, we had a good experience with them. The first guy that came was really personable and great.
Description of Work: They unclogged the sink pipe in the kitchen and worked on our toilet.

+ 0 moreThey are the worst people that I have dealt with in thirty years. They are terrible and they did not do the job right at all. I told the man when he was doing it that he should push the snake down a little farther. I have had this done on several other occasions by different companies, so I knew the process. He didn't, so six weeks later it was clogged again. They said they have no guarantees and they would have to charge me as a new customer when they came back. They are very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.
Description of Work: Our main drain was clogged, so they came and ran a snake down the drain to unclog it.

+ -1 moreThey did a horrible job and they stuck us with an unusable tub cause they wouldnt fix it. They ruined my whole tile wall and refused to fix it so I took them to court, and won the suit against them. They were very unreliable workers.
