 + -1 moreOwner/service provider Yve Betar was rude and confrontational. Even worse, she severely damaged the extensive wood floors in the home, both through careless installation and removal of the furniture, as well as reckless disregard for the damage that furniture with unprotected metal feet would do to the wood floor.
