+ -1 moreWe had previously used another carpet service, during the course of which the operator had created a number of rust spots on the living room carpet. He did not bother to apologize, saying only that he had no way of removing those spots. Some months later we turned to Rug Works. The service was performed by Matthew. He arrived promptly at the time arranged, and after surveying the rooms gave us an estimate of the cost and time required. Both estimates were adhered to as promised. We were pleased to see that there were no long hoses connected to outside machines. Matthew did meticulous work, and was able to remove any trace of the aforementioned rust spots. He was extremely professional, as well as very personable. The morning after Matthew’s work, Donna from the home office called with what she called a “Quality Check.” She asked if everything had been done to our satisfaction, and offered that if there were any problems needing attention that Matthew would return without additional cost. We were exceedingly satisfied.
Description of Work: Cleaned our white wool carpet, covering five rooms and connecting hallways. Approximately 1,400 square feet.

Description of Work: Original quote was over $600 for a 5 BR house with a LR, DR, Family room, halls and stairs. However, the company was very good at paring down the work to fit our budget. We decided to eliminate the LR and DR and two of the bedrooms, since those rooms are rarely used and they really did a great job. The carpet looked like new. The guy moved most of the furniture except in the guest bedroom which was the only disappointment. However, I would highly recommend them. He spent several hours as opposed to those outfits that zoom through the house in 45 minutes, just do a superficial job and refuse to move anything.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD AND THE RUGS LOOKED GREAT AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE TO THE CARPETS AND I THINK THE JOB WAS GREAT.
