It's been slow getting ANYTHING DONE in San Francisco during Covid. Rick has been on top of everything and is moving as fast as he can. Description of Work: Rick is doing a plan & execution for me regarding a back stair that is falling down for my 2 unit property. He's come up with ideas, diagrams, the design....and now we're moving toward executing getting it built. He's acted also as the lead contractor.

He was friendly, prompt and generally did everything we needed. Good work is difficult to find, but I think you'll get what you want when Rick handles the job.
