Brian and his team did an excellent job. They deal with a variety of on site conditions without varying the bid and they were polite, attentive to small details and requests I made without question. They are trustworthy and they had access to my premises whilst I was traveling. I had used the team in 2010 for an interior job and I was very happy to once again do business with Brian.

I did not hire them for a couple of reasons. They were higher than the competitor. They were very slow in responding to my quote, and to the follow-up questions I had about the quote. They finally did follow-up to the email I sent and returned a call at some point, but by then I had already signed contract with somebody else; so that is the only interaction I had with them. I expected them to be knowledgeable and they weren't. The quote was for $48000 and it was a sizeable job. He left some things out and I asked him for more information to clarify because he didn’t include a couple of walls that are on the property line. I asked him that he needed to give me some kind of idea of how much it would cost. He responded back after a couple of weeks or so, but until then I already had a completed bid that was actually a little cheaper and included everything; so I let him go. His responsiveness was not good. I think they mostly do smaller jobs. My job required scaffolding and other kinds of expertise using 8-9 colors for a Victorian style apartment house, so I think it might be much for them.

We did not hire them to do the actual work - but they did provide a reasonable estimate within a good time frame.

The painting was terrific. They were great. They did everything in a day and a half. They even did a few extra things for me. They didn't sit around talking. They came and painted and they left. They are extremely wonderful.

Brian came over right away to give an estimate. It was half of what another painter quoted. I was at bit skeptical, thinking that he wouldn't do a very good job, but I was amazed by how much prep work they did, including full power washing, scraping, caulking and priming. They even did some extras not on the bid -- painting outside light fixtures to match and putting a fresh coat of paint on an old ugly metal handrailing in the garden. The price to quality ratio was amazing.

Great turn-around time in providing an estimate and starting work. I was also very impressed how they called to follow-up the next day, and promptly returned to make touch-ups. I gave them a list of touch-ups needed, and they took the time to make sure everything looked exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their patience and attention to detail, as well as the care they took in protecting all surfaces and cleaning up. Overall, a terrific job and I highly recommend them.

They are an exceptional group of individuals to work with. If not happy with the work and need a little extra attention, they are there and will accommodate. Customer Service and satisfaction is job one for them. Very impressed and highly recommend. They know their colors and can assist and willing to provide suggestions.

This is a great company - very efficient and respectful workers.
