Description of Work: I called to handle an emergency - a blocked up toilet that had been flushed repeatedly, leaving a nasty mess all over the bathroom floor. The plumber arrived within an hour, bringing not only his tools, but also plastic bags and a tarp to contain the mess. It took about an hour to unplug the toilet and remove the soaked tarp. Billing was by email, so the plumber did not have to bother with any paperwork; he called his time inand verified it before leaving.
