+ -1 moreThe technician was prompt, personable and professional. The unit was installed without delay and works fine, and there was no charge for the first call.
Description of Work: Based on a prior service call the wrong part was ordered, so the first attempt at repair merely served to correct the part order. The following week the correct part (cooktop control) unit was installed.

+ -1 moreAfter 11 service appts. and untold calls, I finally gave up. Charlie would not admit he could not fix it but kept wanting to try something new. Since he wouldn't give up, the warranty company would not give me any money towards a new one. He kept saying he would tell them he couldn't but never did. Worst experience i have ever had. The service tech was great but just not able to fix the darn thing.
Description of Work: Originally called in Sept. of 2012. Refridgerator is under warranty and first repair company had not been able to repair. The warranty company told me I should call other local companies who worked on model - GE Monogram. Initial problem was frozen water running down inside of fridge. Once that was fixed, the temperature of both the refir and the freezer has bounced all over.
