Description of Work: Replaced 8 windows (most with grids) that had lost their seal (dual pane) over the years

Description of Work: I only needed a simple, non-beveled, mirror. The staff here is efficient, but seemed a bit challenged when I requested that the mirror be delivered to a commercial frame shop within the next week, stating they were already booked with deliveries. However, the owner overheard this, said they'd cut the mirror the next morning and he'd personally deliver it while making local rounds....and with no delivery charge. I was VERY grateful but privately expected that the ball would be dropped somewhere, as is typically the case with so many businesses. Was I ever pleasantly surprised to learn the next day that the delivery went as planned and without any hitches! I had come to Mueller after another glass company treated me as though they really didn't want my business. I think they didn't want to be bothered with a small project. Obviously, at Mueller, no job is too small and all customers are important. They'll get all my future business, small to large.
