Description of Work: well, you keep asking me to rate them and I haven't received the item yet. Bus so far I paid via a third party which I did not like and then they never acknowledged the payment. I had to call and ask where my item is. I still don't know

+ -1 moreI went in with the designs for my kitchen and Andy Simpson helped me choose all the items. When I found something cheaper, he knew exactly the differences in the models and discussed my preferences with me. I did not feel pressured or that I was being given a sales pitch. I bought everything from him that I needed: fridge, dishwasher, cook top, oven and sink.
Description of Work: They have a wide selection of appliances and a large showroom. Good hours, too. I went on the Internet after I got the estimates, and everything(!!)was comparable. I did pay sales tax, but then I have the assurance that it's all delivered at the same time in good condition, or they'll take it back to the store and replace it!
