+ -1 moreI have nothing negative to say about them. They were very helpful in the process of choosing the carpet. They ordered it and got it to us in a timely fashion. It took them about two weeks. We were having some other work done before they brought the carpet in and they worked with our schedule. They were great.
Description of Work: Mertel Carpets Incorporated replaced my carpets in three rooms.

+ -1 moreThe owner came out and measured(showed up on time). He gave me samples of exactly what I described. Pulled out old carpeting and replaced floor. Installer was quick and very professional. No mess at all. I definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future for my flooring needs!

Description of Work: This is a family owned business and my wife and I worked directly with the owners. They were very helpful in helping us pick the carpeting that was right for us in the price range we wanted. They provided many samples for us to take home to see how it looked. I shopped around and found their prices very competitive. They have one installation team "The A Term" and they did a perfect job on the installation with no damage to our new baseboards or walls. When you shop around you find a lot of pushy sales people in the carpet business but that was not the case with the Mertel'.s. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

+ 0 moreThe pricing was very fair for work that was done. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. The most important part is they are first class. I have used their services for 20 years in my commercial and home settings. Throughout this time, I have purchased carpet from them and used their installation and repair services. They are certainly not the cheapest, but do offer competitive pricing. They do quality work. They are willing to respond to my requests if something was missed on a job or not to my satisfaction. The employees will come back quickly without any excuses to make it right.
Description of Work: There was a 14 foot x 8 inch area of my carpet, which was damaged. This area was located in my living room and dining room. He patched the area by taking a different section of the same carpet to incorporate it in. It blended so well that I cannot tell where it was repaired.
