+ -1 morePhil of Marin Termite is a very nice guy and very capable. However, his estimate for doing a small job was quite high. They charge $85/hour and charge for drive time, including time to pick up materials. That's a lot of money for driving! What also bothers me is that Marin Termite lists a phone number in my home town of Mill Valley, yet I'm pretty sure I'd have to pay for them to drive from San Rafael and back. Instead of paying Marin Termite 5 hours times $85 to spray for a limited infestation of wood boring beetles, I found the non-toxic chemical I need, "BoraCare" and intend to do the spraying myself. Boracare costs $95. I found out about it from the bug guy for the SF Chronicle.
Description of Work: A pest inspection was done and an estimate given on how much to treat pest problem.
