Tyler was terrific. Showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, and gave me ongoing maintenance. I'd happily use them again.

The ONLY fault I have is with the company itself, we were not told until the evening before, as we were driving away for the evening, that we needed to have 10 feet of space back from the current door cleared. At 11pm we were moving things and had to be up early to finish. The other issue is that the booklet for dealing with and setting the back up battery system was not provided. The installers, Bayron and Jesse, did a great job and were very helpful explaining the new system.

Excellent service all around. Sam the technician was exceptionally skilled and efficient, finishing the job the same afternoon-having all the necessary equipment on the truck to complete the job .Since a lot of door parts had to be replaced, I was very pleased that the job was completed the same day I was contacted by the company. I highly recommend this company and especially Sam!

They did a wonderful job at coming out and assessing. they been very thorough in explanation and the price was reasonable at did a great job putting the door on. They comeback to do an inspection and they did some adjustments. Also they come out again to explain about the garage door opener programming, how it works. they were processional, courteous and accommodating.

Went very well. Would hire again and we may need it sooner rather than later as both doors are the same age. Answered the phone promptly, scheduled the service for the same day and actually arrived early due to a cancellation. Installer was very proficient and professional.

The technician shortened the chain, tightened bolts, oiled parts, and let me know how much longer (roughly) our motor would last. We also got a new remote, and he helped me program the button in my new car to work with the garage too.

They're very nice people. They're customer service has always been good. They're pleasant and they send someone out fast.

Great. Custom door to match second door. Technician doing measurements & determining what I wanted was courteous and expert. Likewise technician doing installation & instructions for use was courteous and expert. Door was primed before installation. In photo, not yet painted--will do with rest of house exterior.

My technician, Brad, was very easy to work with. I felt that he was honest and made recommendations to what I needed and not trying to sell me anything I didn't want. He installed new torsion springs, new motor (Liftmaster 8550W) and complete inspection. Compared to other quotes, I felt they were reasonable and local to Marin County. I'm very happy with the friendly, pressure free customer service.

The two gentleman who came out to do the repair were knowledgeable and worked diligently to do the work. They were very thorough, and by the time they left my garage door worked better than it had in years. Now it's quiet, where it used to shake and vibrate noisily, and it works well every time. I'm very happy with their work.

The service for the big deal that I purchased through Marin Door Pros Garage Door was a while ago. The big deal was purchased in August 27 of 2013. I scheduled an appointment and they came within a few weeks. The big deal was for $399 and there were a few extra charges after they came because I bought some additional accessories for the garage door opener and I think it was another $150 or so. I thought that the 2 guys that were there were professional.

I thought they overcharged by about 50%. I would recommend to others that they use someone else who charges more reasonably.

They were on time, did a good job, were kind, friendly, helpful and professional. After the work, the door wasnt acting right so I did have to call them. They came out right away and got the issue resolved at no extra cost.

Jason, the field rep who evaluated the project for me, was friendly and communicative. He recommended I get a new door, based on his assessment of the damage to the old one (broken springs, some sheared seams). His first price for a an equivalent replacement was over $1300, but after talking with his boss, he offered to do it for $1000, if only I took the next available time slot (3 days later). The product he offered was a Clopay valve series 16x7, which he touted as an extremely high quality door. I wouldn't find such a quality product any cheaper anywhere, he told me, and if I did they would match price. So I said ok. Now it's time to choose a color. "White" is what he told me I already had, which perfectly matched the rest of the house and trim. I was doubtful, and it was dark and rainy, so I insisted on turning my car around and pointing the headlights on the door. It didn't look white to me. It's white, he said again, and anyway these doors can be painted easily. Ok, if you say so. You're the expert. Furthermore, any other color but white had to be ordered and would take longer, he told me. The door was installed. It's whiteness clashes with the house and trim, which is clearly almond. I trusted him. If he had told me the door was made of diamond, who knows if I would have believed him. What do I know about garage doors? Next time I won't assume that company reps really give a hoot about my best interests. A consumer for decades, I should have learned this by now. I've also since learned that these single layer aluminum Clopay doors have a reputation for buckling in the wind. But who's to blame? I didn't do the needed research. Would I recommend this company? No. Call me old school, but I still expect that a vendor will consider my interests to be closely aligned with theirs, and that closing a deal isn't the only thing that matters.

Excellent same day service! From the reception to the technician Jim, it was seamless, fast, and courteous. Got the garage fixed before the storm. These guys were awesome all around.

I highly recommend Marin Door Pros. The service tech arrived early, was very organized, answered all my questions, and even lubricated the door hinges and rollers.
