Such a great team, I reached out to Maldonado Jessy Construction and was very respectful, kind and helpful for my full bathroom-remodel. We truly are thankful for him to help us with a big project and others as well. The job was done very efficiently and timely.

Jessy and his team were incredible very professional , they did an outstanding job in building my new fence, Jessy came by every day to make sure everything was done properly, the finished fence is perfect , they also rebuilt and older fence, we couldnâ  t be happier and the price was well worth it . Jessy and his team were awesome. He did a major repair on my roof, replacing it after a tree limb fell through. Redid all drywalls, painted, electrical work, new flooring. His team was on time, efficient and just plain great. His responses to my numerous questions were quickly answered. The pricing was right. He went above and beyond my expectations.

I have worked with many contractors and Jessy is by far the most responsive, most dedicated and hardest working contractor we have used and we have worked with 5 separate contractors in CA. He was available 24/7 and I donâ  t think more than 20 mins ever passed before he responded to a text including Sundays and evenings. Jessy also stood by his work. He came back immediately to fix anything that was not perfect, no matter how small it was. Lastly, the speed with which he operated is unparalleled. His prices are amongst the highest, but you are getting quality work done with urgency.

We recently moved to Mill Valley and needed help with painting the the interior of the house, installing new Japanese toilets, repairing a leaky pipe in the crawl space, and putting up posts to string outdoor lights on the deck. We got a few different handyman recommendations from friends, but because Jessy was referred to us from a trusted source, we decided to go with him. Weâ re so glad we did because we are very happy with the end result and impressed with how quickly his crew was able to complete the work. Jessyâ s team was professional, efficient and executed our asks perfectly. He was in constant communication with us throughout the week, and provided regular updates as needed. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and would definitely hire him again for other handy work or construction needs in the future. We have since referred him to several of our friends and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman or painter in Marin. ð

I canâ  t say enough great things about Jessy and his crew! His work was amazing. On time and done perfectly. He doesnâ  t know the word â  noâ  and was able to do everything we asked. He did every construction job in the house including built in book shelves without plans.

Jessy Maldonado and his crew saved my house. Jessy came in and finished the project after the prior contractor messed it up and disappeared. Jessy took over and completed the project. There were many issues that were difficult to resolve. He found a solution to every problem. Jessy is honest and dependable. He works efficiently and methodically and saved me money when I thought the project was hopeless.

So far there is nothing they cannot do. Yessy and his crew are upbeat, professional, and very neat.

Outstanding service from start to end. Excellent estimating. On time arrival and completion. Superb professional workman skills: drywall, painting, carpentry, fireplace upgrade, fine wood finish. marble, electrical. Very neat and tidy. Personable workers. Jessy and his team are hard-working, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. They did so many different projects. Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker. I got price estimates for some of these projects from people like â Attic Specialistsâ and the price from others was double.
