Luis was very professional and detailed, We had a house that was in bad need of exterior painting, and Luis detailed all the work needed in advance, and worked with my schedule. He identified all the dry rot in the house exterior and repaired it as part of the project. He also identified potential water leaks in window framing, and fixed them. I would highly recommend Luis. His workmanship is excellent.
