Lars Norlund Repair and Construction

Lars really isn't a handyman he's an artist. After the great job he did on our termite repairs we had him out to look at our hardwood floors. We couldn't believe what a fantastic job he did! There were a number of deep scratches from furniture being moved without lifting and also bad stains in the kitchen because water seeped between the boards by the sink and the refrigerator. Lars never gave up and got out every scratch and stain by carefully sanding and then put on four coats of finish. The floor actually looks better than when we first built the house. Great Job!!

This was an excellent experience. Lars visited us, reviewed the termite report and came up with a detailed work plan. The price was right, he arrived on time and completed the work as indicated. Lars is a true craftsman. He explains what he is doing and why and did an excellent job of matching our old siding with the new material he used. Lars used to be a general contractor and previously worked for a company that did termite inspections/treatment/and repair so he was perfectly suited for our job. We recommend him highly. By the way, all of the work passed inspection on the first visit by the termite company. Terrific! Since then we had him return to repair the electrical hook up and wiring for our sprinkler system which would short out the back of the house when it rained. Once again he was on time did great work and fixed the problem. We highly recommend Lars Norlund!
