First gutter company to call back and make a time frame to repair

Other contractors were either nonresponsive or insisting on replacing all gutters on or house. Ken Cooper simply repaired the leaky gutter and added a downspout to the other gutter to increase capacity. The work looks good, although we have not had any rain since the work was done.

This was a small job for this company but they fit us in between other larger jobs and performed the work earlier than promised. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price.

They do roofing and gutters. I would use them again. I have referred them. I refer everyone I am happy with. I had trust in them. They knew what they were doing. They tore off the roof the first day and cleaned up their mess. You could not even tell they had tore off old wooden shakes and put on shingles. The owner of the company was the one who came out and gave me the estimate. He showed me all kinds of examples and went over the pluses and minuses of each one. I felt like they were so knowledgeable about helping me pick the roof I wanted. The next day they helped me put on the underlining stuff and the shingles. They did it in 2 days. The next day they replaced the gutters. They are all one piece gutters with no seams. They were friendly and warm. They follow up which was nice. They let me know they were there if I had any problems. I have never had problems I got a 50 year roof.

Kyle Cooper came out and gave an estimate within 2 days of my initial call. The day of the installation the crew was on time and were done within 2 hours. The suggested gutter design and color look great. The installation crew figured out how to connect the new down spout into the existing drain system seamlessly. The owner Ken also dropped by before the installation began to make sure everything was on track. Also the lead installer suggested a foam filter be installed at the top of the down spout to prevent debri getting into the drains, this was done at no extra charge. I feel the price was very fair and the quality of the materials and work was first class. The crew left the work area spotless. I am very satisified and would recommend this company.

The initial meeting I had with them was just about a bid for new gutters; I wasn't aware they installed new roofs. When they realized I also needed a new roof, they immediately got an evaluation and estimate together. Everyone I met during the process was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about his product. What impressed me was how Ken cooper followed up and followed through. The other roofers just sent me an estimate and I never heard from them again. While they were not the low bid, I felt Ken Cooper's professionalism and workmanship would be worth the price; they seemed to want to work hard for my business. They did not disappoint. Every workman was hard working, friendly and cleaned up quite well. They even washed all the gutters that were re-used and sent in a painter to do some touch up work afterward. That I did not expect. Excellent service from the point of first contact to completion. The estimate was provided on the same day, samples were dropped off at the house when requested, phone calls were returned promptly or within the same day. The installation was done professionally and promptly within one day. Overall, a very positive experience and very refreshing to find in Marin where the norm seems to be nightmare contractor stories.

We were having the exterior of our house painted, and the painter recommended Ken to do our gutters. Ken was very good as well, he replaced every gutter and downspout as our house was drying before it was painted. Ken was very professional.
