Ignacio and his team came by a couple of time to review the work before providing an estimate. His bid was very thorough and competitive. We coordinated closely on the initial setup and installation. His team was extremely professional and diligent in prepping the work (exterior tile on an existing fireplace and an outdoor shower/sink/toilet area. The work involved mitered corners on porcelain glazed tiles. Ignacio recommended using an epoxy grout and adding a couple of layers of sheathing in order for the fireplace to remain symmetrical which I thought were good suggestion which we implemented at a reasonable cost. Ignacio was flexible on timing and his team did a fantastic job. Other reviewers mentioned timely communication via texts, arriving on time for the job every morning, courteous and professional, very tidy and considerate of other spaces in home, I totally agree. Highly recommended. I would hire JB Tile for my next project.

The workers were polite, professional, and a whiz at what they do. The owner was attentive and interested, a good communicator. The job was on time and on budget.

Ignacio was a real find! He was immediately responsive to my initial inquiries and answered all my questions. His crew always arrived on time and worked a full day. They were fast, efficient, clean and did excellent work. The tiling was beautiful, and they made it all work even though every wall my 60 year old house was a bit askew. I can't believe the transformation of my bathroom. It is just beautiful. I was amazed at how quickly they got the work done, other contractors had told me it would take twice as long. Even though my subfloor unexpectedly needed repair, he was in and out of there in a week and a half. Ignacio was very easy and pleasant to work with, he was trustworthy and honest in his dealings. Best of all my dog loved hanging out with him and his crew! I would recommend him without reservation. In fact, I will be using him in the near future on another bath remodel.

Ignacio and his guys did a magnificent job tiling my kitchen walls. My kitchen looks fantastic! The tile I had was "rustic" and some of the bricks were uneven, etc. That didn't bother Ignacio and his team at all. Every tile is perfectly placed on the wall. They were very professional. They covered my stairs, floor and they even put plastic down to cover my deck where they cut the tile, etc. They washed the deck down and swept up the kitchen floor after they were done. I highly recommend JB Tile.
