The technician was here at the beginning of the 1 hour window. He performed the work efficiently, quietly and expertly. Totally pleased with the experience and the cost.

+ -1 moreJerry arrived on time and made appropriate fixes. The price was not estimated clearly at the beginning, only the hourly rate. The hourly rate is $159. He spent about 1.5 hours and used about $20 of his own parts (my guess). The quality of the work seems fine; the price seems excessive.
Description of Work: Remove and replace existing wall sconce with one provided by the owner. Replace misc plugs and switches (3).
