The contractor called us back fairly promptly and was able to come and measure right away. However, this is where it all went south. We had to contact Home Depot on four different occasions to attempt to complete the order. Each time we received some sort of excuse that the person before them had not entered the order. My husband complained and each time someone promised that they would sit down right then and there and place the order and call us once it was ready. We received not one single phone call. Finally, my husband went to Home Depot and demanded the measurements that we paid for in advance. As he was telling the sales associate what happened a customer chimed in and said, "Oh yeah, don't even bother, they'll never get back to you!" Once we finally gave up, a sales associate told us they were backlogged by about three weeks. Well wouldn't that have been nice to know up front! Never using HD services again. There are other businesses out there who need the business.

The experience was not so good. They wanted to leave the excess carpet in my living room where I was going to put my Christmas tree. We hardly ever dealt with the same person twice for whatever reason. The lead guy had an emergency so none of the workers showed up until the afternoon.

They arrived when they were scheduled. I think they did an okay job. They were clean and professional. They finished in a timely manner and were very respectful. The only problem I had was that I called them and they still haven't returned my call. Other than, that they did a good job.

During the selection process, they offer a wide array of prices, styles, and options. I chose a middle of the line garbage disposal which was comparable to my old one. In this particular Home Depot, I have typically always found assistance by the salespeople.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. MY KITCHEN WAS SO BEAUTIFUL, IT BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES.

I HAD AN OVERALL OVERWHELMING EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH HOME DEPOT. THE FIRST TIME THEIR WORKERS DELIVERED MY REFRIGERATOR, THEY REMOVED BUTTONS AND HANDLES THAT THEY COULD NOT REPLACE. THE SECOND TIME AROUND WITH DELIVERY WAS MUCH BETTER. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEM.
