My Project Manager Danny Lebowski was very helpful, starting with the initial planning and through every stage of the work. The construction crew were friendly and skillful and were reliably on time. I really love my beautiful new bathroom!

Our bathroom was in serious need of repair when we hired Green Bay Remodeling. The floor beneath the bathtub had some serious water damage and the whole bathroom needed an update. We had another company come out to do a quote and asked a few other contractors for estimates on the job. They all came back with similar numbers and most said it would take several weeks. Not only did Green Bay quote us the same price as the others, they were confident that they could finish the job in 2 to 2-1/2 weeks. We are just a couple of days away from completing our remodel and every moment has been as easy as it can possibly be. From our first meeting with our project manager Zack Illnetsky, to every interaction with the workers in our home, having Green Bay Remodeling at the house has been an easy and pleasant experience. From top to bottom they are courteous, helpful, and respectful. When our tub surround arrived cracked, the workers came with me to Lowes to get a new one. The store couldn't replace it right away, and I had to make arrangements to pick it up the next day. I had school and my husband was at work, so the workers went and picked it up for us and brought it to the house. They went early to Lowes and arrived at our house at their usual time. An experience that started out as stressful ended up being relatively easy because Green Bay was there to support us. It's never easy to have workers in your house, but our experience with Green Bay has been wonderful. They are quick, professional, and tidy; every day our house is left as clean as it can possibly be during a major remodeling project. Zack checks in with us either in person or by phone every day and he is always friendly and helpful. He responds to texts and phone calls quickly, and he always finds the answers we need. When we started researching this project we thought it was going to be a nightmare that lasted for weeks on end. Everyone told us that remodels - especially bathroom remodels - take longer and cost more than expected. Our experience with Green Bay has been exactly the opposite; they have done the job on time and on budget so far and we are looking forward to our brand new bathroom!

When we discovered that we had an urgent need to replace a leaking sliding patio door, I sent contact inquiries to several contractors. The first response came from the office at Green Bay Remodeling. After gathering some information about my project an appointment was scheduled for an evening visit to inspect the project site and advise me on options for the repair of the water damage. Danny Lebowsky arrived precisely on time for our meeting and listened carefully as I described the water damage which appeared to be caused by a leak in the sliding door. While we had originally thought of the project as a replacement for the slider, as I talked with Danny I came to realize that a better option would be to erect a wall with a window and pet door. This made perfect sense due to a close-by door opening to the same deck which was outside the slider. Working together, Danny and I developed a scope of work which included a plan to repair subfloor and any structure that was water damaged. The plan was designed to cause the least damage to the existing plank flooring. Our discussion evolved into a contract which listed each item of work and the payment benchmarks. Danny assured me that he would serve as project manager and that work would be continuous once all materials were available. That night I knew that I had found my contractor. Danny provided regular updates on job scheduling while we waited for the delivery of the window. Work on the wall began a few days before the arrival of the window. The crew would arrive every day as scheduled and I watched as they completed their quality work. I was so pleased that I worked with Danny to add two additional projects which would run consecutively: new accent molding around windows and the garage door followed by repainting the full exterior of the house. Again I was very pleased by the craftsmanship of everyone who worked on the project. Danny either visited the site daily or called to give me updates. We are very pleased with the final result of all aspects of the three projects and would gladly have the Green Bay team work with us again.

Green Bay Remodeling was exceptional. I met with Danny Lebowski on my house project and he provided a great summary of all my options while answering all my question. The remodeling was quick and painless. The construction crew were friendly and professional. Danny was very detail oriented and made sure to address any and all details. Very good at keeping customer in the loop and doing quality work. The project was completed on the date projected. The project consisted of remodel of master bedroom & bath, remodel of guest bathroom, and update of two bedrooms. I look forward to future projects with Green Bay remodeling.

Green Bay Remodeling did a complete make over of my 30 year old bathroom, including converting a bath tub into a shower. Project went great, finishing on-time and on budget. Zack, the project manager, had a great team that went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed before my out of town guests arrived. This including working weekends and overtime to complete the project on time and within the original budget. Zack was extremely helpful with the bathroom design and his team did excellent work on the tile installation. I highly recommend their services.

This was my first big remodel project and I was extremely anxious at first, but my Project Manager, Danny Lebowsky, reassured me that his team were professionals. And they were! Punctual, professional, clean, hard working, courteous, accommodating, respectful. With regular daily updates, photos of progress, and a positive can-do attitude made me feel confident that I hired the right company for this job.

Green Bay Remodeling are a very professional construction company, they did an outstanding work on our house. Everything was completed on time, with high quality for a fair price! A combination that is pretty hard to get. We mostly communicate with Zack, who was very professional from day one, gave us an estimate and was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole project. Five stars is not nearly enough to rate Green Bay Remodeling, they are that and more. My wife and I are very impressed with their team of workers. Our project managers Zack Ilinetsky and Danny Lebowski are top notch project managers. They went above and beyond our expectations. They remodeled our master bath, two guest bathrooms and some work in the kitchen. They put together a package, presented it to us with samples of tile, countertops and flooring that we both loved. Permits, inspections and dealing with city officials were all taken care of by them. With them in charge we had no worries. My wife loves to shop so she went all out picking out accessories, that was the fun part. Their team of skilled workers (Junior, Aaron and Edwin) are top notch, very professional and respectful. You can tell that they take great pride in their work, it certainly shows in the work they do. As with any kind of projects, unfortunately there can be issues. At the completion of the project in the kitchen as the workers were taking up the protective cardboard, the blue tape pulled the clear coat finish off of the hardwood floor. As a result, the floor had to be sanded and refinished. Danny assured us that it would be taken care of and our concerns were put to bed. Danny and Green Bay took full responsibility and ownership. I commend them for this because it was through no fault of theirs, the sun had baked the adhesive from the tape onto the floor. I have never worked with a project manager as devoted as Danny. He kept in constant contact with us on a daily basis either by dropping by or by a phone call. We were lucky to have Zack, Danny and their team on our projects. A big thank you to them all. If we have any future projects to be done you can be sure that they would get our call. And we will certainly be recommending them to our friends and family. Green Bay Remodeling and their team of workers are a Hallmark company.

When we decided to do our master bath remodel, I called three different contractors. One responded and said they would get back to us, but we never heard back. One didn’t have the courtesy to return the call. Green Bay remodeling was the third and last. Maybe within a day of our call ZACK ILINETSKI showed up on our doorstep and represented himself as a project manager. Right from the beginning after talking with him for a short while we felt an instant connection. He was very knowledgeable and had so many great ideas and suggestions. He brought us samples of materials which was a great help, it gave us a better picture of what we were looking for. The price quote was a little high but we thought it was fair. The remodel was taking down a wall and enlarging the room. It entailed installing a brand new vanity, electrical, lighting and plumbing was also involved. Another added benefit was, these guys are a “one stop” shop. They do it all so you don’t have multiple sub-contractors traipsing through your house. Unfortunately, before the project was started Zack for personal family reasons had to step aside for a time. When we heard this, because we had so much trust in him we were naturally a bit apprehensive in having someone else step back in. But soon our fears were unfounded. He brought and introduced us to DANNY LEBOWSKI. He was to be our new project manager. After meeting Danny we felt just as comfortable with him as we did Zack. Both are men we have come to regard as “family”. Both are dedicated and love their work and customers. Danny checked in with us on a daily basis, coming by most days and if his schedule was too hectic there would always be a phone call. On the first day of the project we met their skillful and very professional work crew. They were awesome! They were hardworking, diligent young men. At the end of the day they always cleaned up after themselves, never left a mess. Always on time, always eager to do the task at hand. We initially were only going to do the master bath remodel but after seeing what an excellent job they were doing decided to go ahead and remodel the bathroom downstairs. One thing led to another and soon we were remodeling the upstairs bath as well, also decided to do a facelift to the kitchen. What started as one project led to three more. Couldn’t have done all this without the expertise from Danny and his outstanding crew, can’t say enough good things about them. There is no doubt that if we ever need any more work done Green Bay would be our first and only call. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you guys for a job well done, can’t wait to show it all off!

I owe everything to the wonderful project manager Zack Ilinetsky. At our first meeting, he took in our vision and budget, integrated them into workable ideas, gave us a projected timeline, made clear he was going to to be available daily with end of the day check-ins. He made us feel at ease immediately, and for this I am eternally grateful. His foreman and co-workers were prompt, wonderful, and highly skilled. We met with Zack a few times at the showroom and he helped us in our choices of floor, backsplash, sink, etc. The project actually was fun because of Zack. He provided wonderful renderings of the kitchen-to-be as it was shaping up which were exceedingly helpful. He took care of all the inspection paperwork and bureaucracy. He made sure on a daily basis that we were pleased and answered all questions. High praise and recommendations for Zack and the team he managed fall short of our deep appreciation!!

It was great working with Zack Ilinetsky and his team. They were professional, communicative, and respectful. They kept the project going and were amazingly on time (5 weeks) to finish the project. There were so many moving parts that Zack kept track of and was on top of, so no delays. All of the inspections were passed with flying colors. He kept the costs down as much as possible, always checking in on how to do things without unnecessarily increasing costs, though he certainly didn't cut corners. He was very thorough and made sure we all were happy with the results. We were very impressed with his work and look forward to using Green Bay Remodeling again for future work on our home.
