Greenbay delivered exactly what they promised and in the time frame they quoted. Our project manager Vlady was a great guy and really helped us select the right materials and look for our master bathroom. We would be happy to do business with them again.

As first-time homeowners, we learned a very valuable lesson from Green Bay Remodeling. A contractor is only as good as its laborers doing the actual work. Yes, they were responsive and attempted to fix problems that came up. BUT the number of issues and the quality of the work was completely unacceptable. And that is what matters at the end of the day because that is what I see every time I go into my bathroom and want to cry about the time, stress, and money wasted on this company. Our project manager liked to remind us that this was our first remodel and we just did not understand how the industry works. I will list our issues below and let you decide for yourself. Wrong window type ordered Plans were drawn up incorrectly with shower niche layout and missing the second outlet Standing water left behind by workers multiple times after the whole reason for remodeling was previous water damage/black mold Broke our vanity twice Peeling/bubbling paint Uneven walls even after multiple attempts at re-mudding Crooked installation of fixtures Improper installation of shower drain causing water to pour out under bathroom for months Toilet rough in too big for flange leading to the loose and unsupported toilet The hole left open and forgotten in the roof for weeks Complete redo of entire shower tile job due to terrible and inexperienced installation The final tile job already has grout cracks and peeling caulk and even several hairline cracks in the tile. Do yourself a favor and hire your own subs because tiling should be done by an expert tiler and not the same laborer that is also doing plumbing, framing, drywall, and paint.

My experience with Green Bay remodeling was a joy I began having 2 bathrooms done by them and was so impressed by the level of detail and professionalism that I decided to have my entire house done. This is a wonderful company to work with. They recently completed a bathroom remodel for me and it turned out perfect. Their strengths are in their commitment to customer service at every level. Danny Lebowski, my project manager, was with me every step of the way from laying out a clear project plan, shopping with me for details like tile and shower fixtures, and insuring that any questions or concerns along the way were dealt with right away. His crew was talented, hardworking, friendly, on time and kept my home very clean and protected during the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used Green Bay Remodeling for our bathroom remodel project in our condo in Marin. Danny Lebowski was great to work with, his positive and "can do" attitude and honesty was greatly appreciated. Danny and the team were very professional, responsive, and accommodated all our needs, big and small. Danny kept in touch constantly via text, phone calls and Facetime, and he was gracious enough to add a few extras at no cost to the project. Danny helped with the selection of hardware and materials such as tile, paint etc and even helped with the pick up and delivery of items. Too expensive way too expensive.

If I could give Green Bay an additional star, I absolutely would! We hired Green Bay after meeting with several other contractors. The other contractors either came and then ghosted me after we took them through the work we wanted to be done, or they quoted us prices that were well beyond our budget. Not only was Green Bay very professional when they met with us, but they gave us a fair and honest quote for the scope of work we were asking for. Our project manager was Danny Lebowski and if you end up hiring Green Bay you will want to work with Danny! He is not only incredibly friendly but also incredibly professional. Let me give you 2 examples of this... 1) A subcontractor that they hired to do some flooring mistakenly grouted our new bathroom floors in 1/8 inch grout. Danny called me up and apologized and asked if it would be OK for them to rip up the floors and start over again since we agreed to 1/16 inch grout. I honestly would not have known that this had happened. Danny made sure that Green Bay delivered on what they promised. 2) A relatively major flooding issue was caused by the subcontractor. Upon calling Danny and letting him know what happened, without hesitation, he came over and hired a remediation company to take care of the flooding. And at their own expense! (which was likely considerable). Green Bay fixed all the damage AND through in a few extras to make up for the inconvenience. They never questioned who was at fault after they inspected the damage. They were even willing to put my family up in a hotel while they repaired the damage. This is truly a TOP-NOTCH business! I have recommended this company to every neighbor and friend that has inquired. We actually added to the scope of work while they were working on our bathrooms. And we will be hiring them again when we finally replace our windows. You WILL sleep well at night when you hire them. They are honest and will do a good job for you.

I was very impressed with Danny Llebowski, our project manager, on our two bathroom remodels. He was very responsive to phone calls and requests. His crew were always pleasant and responded to any changes that I requested. They totally cleaned up every day including vacuuming. I highly recommend this company.

There was engineering invovlved, as the floor and ceiling had to be leveled, not to mention straightening the walls. They were always on time and were meticulous in whatever task was being done. Danny Lebowski, the project mgr.,was great in showing what the design could be like, and was there from start to finish. The final product is superb and beyond expectations!

Our bathroom was in serious need of repair when we hired Green Bay Remodeling. The floor beneath the bathtub had some serious water damage and the whole bathroom needed an update. We had another company come out to do a quote and asked a few other contractors for estimates on the job. They all came back with similar numbers and most said it would take several weeks. Not only did Green Bay quote us the same price as the others, they were confident that they could finish the job in 2 to 2-1/2 weeks. We are just a couple of days away from completing our remodel and every moment has been as easy as it can possibly be. From our first meeting with our project manager Zack Illnetsky, to every interaction with the workers in our home, having Green Bay Remodeling at the house has been an easy and pleasant experience. From top to bottom they are courteous, helpful, and respectful. When our tub surround arrived cracked, the workers came with me to Lowes to get a new one. The store couldn't replace it right away, and I had to make arrangements to pick it up the next day. I had school and my husband was at work, so the workers went and picked it up for us and brought it to the house. They went early to Lowes and arrived at our house at their usual time. An experience that started out as stressful ended up being relatively easy because Green Bay was there to support us. It's never easy to have workers in your house, but our experience with Green Bay has been wonderful. They are quick, professional, and tidy; every day our house is left as clean as it can possibly be during a major remodeling project. Zack checks in with us either in person or by phone every day and he is always friendly and helpful. He responds to texts and phone calls quickly, and he always finds the answers we need. When we started researching this project we thought it was going to be a nightmare that lasted for weeks on end. Everyone told us that remodels - especially bathroom remodels - take longer and cost more than expected. Our experience with Green Bay has been exactly the opposite; they have done the job on time and on budget so far and we are looking forward to our brand new bathroom!

When we discovered that we had an urgent need to replace a leaking sliding patio door, I sent contact inquiries to several contractors. The first response came from the office at Green Bay Remodeling. After gathering some information about my project an appointment was scheduled for an evening visit to inspect the project site and advise me on options for the repair of the water damage. Danny Lebowsky arrived precisely on time for our meeting and listened carefully as I described the water damage which appeared to be caused by a leak in the sliding door. While we had originally thought of the project as a replacement for the slider, as I talked with Danny I came to realize that a better option would be to erect a wall with a window and pet door. This made perfect sense due to a close-by door opening to the same deck which was outside the slider. Working together, Danny and I developed a scope of work which included a plan to repair subfloor and any structure that was water damaged. The plan was designed to cause the least damage to the existing plank flooring. Our discussion evolved into a contract which listed each item of work and the payment benchmarks. Danny assured me that he would serve as project manager and that work would be continuous once all materials were available. That night I knew that I had found my contractor. Danny provided regular updates on job scheduling while we waited for the delivery of the window. Work on the wall began a few days before the arrival of the window. The crew would arrive every day as scheduled and I watched as they completed their quality work. I was so pleased that I worked with Danny to add two additional projects which would run consecutively: new accent molding around windows and the garage door followed by repainting the full exterior of the house. Again I was very pleased by the craftsmanship of everyone who worked on the project. Danny either visited the site daily or called to give me updates. We are very pleased with the final result of all aspects of the three projects and would gladly have the Green Bay team work with us again.

We are very happy with the total remodel of our bathroom by Green Bay Remodeling. They were always on timeâ ¦.even early. They expertly covered the rooms and closets near the work area to mitigate the wandering dust as much as possible. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. There was always good communication. Zack, the main contractor, accompanied me to the tile and bath store to help pick out everything. He was always available for questions and concerns that came up. Joseph, the on sight project manager was always available by phone or in person. He would always provide a daily update of the work to be done and how long it would take. He also ran out several times to get paint samples, some door waterproofing tape and other errands to make the project go smoothly. All the people who came to do the specialized work ie electrical, plumbing, tile installation, painting, even demolition were thorough and respectful. If a problem or issue arose it was quickly remedied in an honest, fair way. We could tell they really wanted to do a good job and make us happy. We are very happy and very much recommend Green Bay Remodeling!!

Green Bay Remodeling was exceptional. I met with Danny Lebowski on my house project and he provided a great summary of all my options while answering all my question. The remodeling was quick and painless. The construction crew were friendly and professional. Danny was very detail oriented and made sure to address any and all details. Very good at keeping customer in the loop and doing quality work. The project was completed on the date projected. The project consisted of remodel of master bedroom & bath, remodel of guest bathroom, and update of two bedrooms. I look forward to future projects with Green Bay remodeling.

These folks did an excellent job from beginning to end. They converted our undeveloped basement into a new bedroom and bathroom. They were very well organized and able to adapt to changes. Green Bay Remodeling is a very reliable company with professional and detail-oriented workers that care about making clients happy. I can personally attest to that. My husband and I have an old home in Terra Linda that we wanted to update and build a rom addition for our children and grandchildren to reside in during visits. Many contractors were not interested in pursuing this project due to challenges with the foundation, otherwise they would charge exorbitant prices. Needless to say, we were beginning to lose hope. Then we met Zack Ilinetsky, the General Manager of Green Bay Remodeling, and he restored all our hope and enthusiasm for this project. Zack acknowledged the challenges that would arise but was not deterred by then. His breadth of experience and knowledge gave him the confidence to take our project. Thank goodness! He laid out a detailed plan (with timelines, costs, schedules, stages of the project, the people involved, etc) that thoughtfully included the details we care about, such as a place for a small organic garden and protected storage area for gardening tools. Oftentimes remodeling projects take longer than planned and cost more than the initial estimate. But surprisingly (and lucky for us) that was not the case with GBR. Zack made sure that even with the delays in resolving the foundation issues, the room addition was completed a few days ahead of schedule and didnâ t cost us a dime over budget! Zack is a miracle worker, and manages a team of devoted, honest workers with excellent work ethics and skilled craftsmanship. I know this is not the experience of most people who embark on home remodeling projects, that is why I am so thankful to have come across GBR. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants anything fixed up, redone, modernized or added to their home. Thank you Zack and GBR! Because of you my children and grandchildren will be able to stay with us and create lasting memories in our growing garden.

Green Bay Remodeling did a complete make over of my 30 year old bathroom, including converting a bath tub into a shower. Project went great, finishing on-time and on budget. Zack, the project manager, had a great team that went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed before my out of town guests arrived. This including working weekends and overtime to complete the project on time and within the original budget. Zack was extremely helpful with the bathroom design and his team did excellent work on the tile installation. I highly recommend their services.
