+ -1 moreThe plumber that came to diagnose our problem was there for 1 hour. We asked the plumber to explain the issue and he was rude, impatient , and had an attitude. We hired someone else because of the attitude. We expected to pay for 1 hour of work and received a bill for 2 hours. Summary: Dishonest, rude, and needs customer service training.
