They were very polite and very businesslike. I really enjoyed talking with him and I'm going to make a date with him within the next couple of weeks for him to come. His estimate was fine. So far he has not done the work but from what I was able to see from my first appointment was that I would recommend him. I think the work will be done in three weeks; we had to order windows so that is why it is taking a little bit longer than we thought. The estimate he gave me for the entire apartment to refinish was $3100. They really said that there probably wouldn't be much painting on the baseboard because they could get pretty close to the baseboard without marring it. It was quite a bit of work. He was just really professional in what he told me. He was very punctual.

His quote was mid-range but he carries insurance and his employees seem happy. Good customer service. Carefully removed anything that could attract dust. He didn't push any unnecessary services.
