Great. I can't think of any way it could have gone better.

Bob was very responsive and professional. He did a very good job on a project that was more complicated then first thought. He completed it in a timely manner.

Bob did very well. He didn't attempt the refrigerator leak since he had no expertise in this area but addressed all other tasks in an organized and systematic way. He did an excellent job with everything that he had time to do. We will definitely use him again.

I purchased the deal and was immediately contacted by the company for available dates. I gave several options, but then he replied he was completely booked for the next month due to a prior commitment. I did not want to wait more than a month so I am requesting a refund.

Bob arrived promptly as scheduled. I could tell right away that he is very nice and approachable. He introduced himself and told me a bit about himself and his work. From our conversations, he is obviously very proud and enjoys what he does. He took the time to explain everything so I would be able to trouble shoot on my own in the future. Job well done!

The service went well. He showed up 2 hours late to our appointment, however. I had him put some numbers above the door, install a burner and wired it. I also had him put up wire on the deck where it needed closed in, spackled and plastered where there was an electrical panel was. He completed the job in about 7 hours. He was a nice guy.

Provider answered phone personally, remembered that I had an Angie's List pre-purchase, set up an appointment on the spot for that evening after his usual hours to accommodate my urgent situation and hectic schedule. He was professional and polite and he performed the work with excellence. Very happy customer!

I would not hire him, nor would I recommend him to any due to his production oriented bids. I felt he was trying to get more work where it was not necessary. He takes advantage of client's inexperience and abuses it.

We have a 50+ year old eichler. Putting in anything like the front door and patio door he had to pull everything out. To reframe and to have everything even the walls and frame around old had to be redone. He explained everything as he went along, giving us the choice to choose how we wanted to press on. He always made it better and beautiful! He is a hard worker! Was there until job was done. If he ran into a situation he would solve it and make it better. Our house was a challenge! I call him super Bob! It might of took him a few hours more but it wasn't because of him. Having a house settle and being old anyone would of had a challenge or two. Great guy!

He's very organized and competent and has many skills in all the areas. Highly. recommend his services and he can do small jobs and major ones as well

Bob arrived on time, was competent to any task, and was creative in fixing things--for example, he saved my having to replace a sliding patio screen by switching wheels around. He is very conscientious and you can discuss your problem with him and he may suggest a better or cheaper solution than you thought was needed. Highly recommended.

Bob Hansen told me he had been doing maintenance work, which for me included carpentry and plumbing, for about 30 years. It showed. I showed him the problems I had, and he knew exactly how to handle the respective repair work. He was punctual, efficient, professional, and did quality work. When I have work to do on my house in the future, I will be contacting him.

It went well. It was easy to co-ordinate with Bella Cosa.

It was okay. When you think of a day I figured it would be an 8 hour day. He showed up at 10 am and I had given him a list of things (via email) that I wanted him to do that were in order of importance. I felt like he picked out the least important items and spent a lot of time on those. The whole day I tried to call and email him and couldn’t get a hold of him. I finally got ahold of him at 3pm. My highest priority thing (fixing a leak) he got to around 5pm and it’s leaking less now, but it’s still leaking. To be fair, a lot of handymen in the area don’t actually show up so at least they were a step above that. The lower priority work (including things such as trimming a hedge and replacing a light fixture) was done well though.

He was beyond excellent! I couldn't have asked for more. Bob was very personable and professional. He was on time and completed the task as asked. I would not hesitate to have him come again. I don't think there is any handyman task he can't do. I am going to ask him to do some plumbing soon and possibly a few more pictures to be hung.

I will definitely use this provider again. Bob was really great-digging in on several aborted jobs around the house and putting them right. He understood our priorities a delivered a quality polish to the work he did. It was such a relief to have so much accomplished in a day. It was a great new year's present to ourselves.
