Description of Work: examined my sprinkler system and offered to fix a leak in the back yard. I expected my payment to cover the leak, we had a misunderstanding about it, and he left without fixing it until today, when he explained that indeed fixing was a separate matter for which he wants to be paid. This is fine with me, though seems a bit extra. He's a nice man, and ambitious, and wants to do the right thing. He said he would return soon and fix the leak, and I await him with trust in his good intent.
