While Anthony is a general contractor, he was recommended to us as someone who could also do the waterproofing work that we needed at the front of our house in 42 linear feet of an old planter. We live on a downside hill with a partial basement downstairs, so the original waterproofing materials were completely disintegrated after 50+ years of water penetration. Even though we hit one unexpected problem after another (including two weeks of almost continuous rains), Anthony completed the job in a professional and expert manner. A private inspector I hired said the water proofing is 'bullet proof' and the system we all agreed upon was much better than any code requires and will probably out-last us all. Since we were in a hillside area, getting this job done right was critical in the preparation and sale of our home. If we hadn't done it and done it correctly, it was unlikely a new buyer would have been able to get funding for a new loan. Anthony was even helpful in photo-documenting the progress of the work so that we could show any new buyer the extensive work that had been done.
