Very prompt and fixed the problem in the first go. Fios was dithering, and this guy got the dial tone to work throughout the house. Would definitely use again.

THE TELEPHONE MAN Fast at replying back on my request for a call back. He was friendly, and I was happy with the service. There was only one thing that really bother me. He didn't give me a quote first, he just inspected the house and started in doing the things. Without even asking me if I was going to use him or not. But he did do a good job.

I called him in the morning. He called me right back and came over a few hours later. He was very professional and polite and did a very clean job and picked up after himself.

Gary arrived right on time, found the problem quickly (a short in an old jack that took out the whole land line service), replaced it, and charged us less for the diagnosis, parts and labor than Verizon would've charged to walk in the door! We were very pleased.

I could not have been more pleased with Gary's expertise, making sure I was completely satisfied. He came within three hours of my call. To help assess the problem, he asked pertinent questions as to what I wanted before starting the work. I found Gary to be prompt, courteous, organized and thorough in doing the job. He came well-equipped and left my house neat and clean. What a wonderful experience!

I called him because of another positive review on Angie's List. He was not able to fix the problem because it was a problem from the telephone company. The telephone company had told me that it was not their problem. He did the testing and phoned the telephone company, explained the problem and arranged for the company to make the repair. He returned my original call the same day and came to my home the next day. He was very comfortable to have in the house.

Gary did an excellent job, meeting our every request. He undid some previous phone wiring that was incorrect, and put it in the correct way. Very thorough and hard working. I am very happy with our new phone capabilities.
